Why I Created the Inner Compass Experience

In the fast-paced, busy lives most of us live, it is easy to feel disconnected and overwhelmed. Trying to add self-care and self-reflection into our day can feel like one more thing on an already full list. So, we keep going and tell ourselves we will get to it someday. Over time, this can affect us mentally, physically, and spiritually.
This is something I have had to intentionally make time for in my own life. Self-care and self-reflection are a practice, not perfection. We are creatures of habit, and changing those habits takes time, patience, and grace with ourselves.
As a helper and healer, I wanted to create a way to support others using the skills and modalities I offer through Micheleology.
I offer meditation, coaching, Reiki, and divination. Individually, each of these sessions can be supportive and healing. Together, they create an experience that offers deeper understanding, clarity, grounding, and alignment. This is how the Inner Compass Experience came to be.
The Inner Compass Experience was created to provide grounded support and intentional space for clients to reconnect with themselves, reflect, and realign.
To help people gently step into this process, I also introduced the Inner Alignment Starter Kit. This 4-step grounding experience includes:
a Daily Anchor Reminder
a Daily Direction Worksheet
an Internal Reset Guided Meditation
and a Self-Awareness Loop Worksheet
The goal is to offer a simple starting point for self-care and self-reflection in a manageable and supportive way.
There are many ways to practice self-care and self-reflection. The important part is not how it looks, but simply allowing yourself the space to begin. Everyone’s journey is different, but we can still walk alongside and support one another along the way.
